- Responsible to lead by ensuring Sales network team productivity goals are met through team performance score card, team bonuses design, analyzing current practices and recommending improvements and tracking cost vs productivity.- Responsible to improve POS profitability by placing the right people with the right productivity, recommending the right products and monitoring high risk POS.- Drive VAS penetration in the network through working with VAS partners and insurance team, including acquiring attractive VAS products and create competition to increase penetration.- Lead GTM strategies by collaborating with multiple stake holders including product, trainers, marcom, and influencing Sales Network Team by the right roadmap priorities and excellent execution on the ground.
