Currently enjoying my extra time with Public Strategies in downtown Oklahoma City as a Communications Coach part time. Coaching young couples expecting their first child to communicate and parent together with less stress utilizing the Speaker-Listener Technique.Previously with the State of Oklahoma in the Dept of Human Services for Child Support Services. The past five years were in Case Establishment and Paternity. There were several duties involving paternity establishment, preparing legal documents, getting personal service on noncustodial parents, scheduling hearing dates, meeting with custodial and noncustodial parents to come to child support payment agreements. My first specialty was Case Initiation involving Oklahoma Health Care Authority referrals. The end result is that children receive benefits from the child support cases that have income assignments adjudicated for them. Five years proven experience from start up operations in Oklahoma City for Dell beginning with Dell Home Sales and then advancing to Small and Medium Business as an analyst. Technical knowledge of call center operations including call routing, computer and VOIP phone troubleshooting. Problem solver who looks at the big picture to identify best practices and solutions. Proven ability to build strong working relationships with peers and management.
