Main Job & Responsibilities :• Oversee and manage the customs declaration function, i.e. permit declaration for import and export.• Develop, implement, and manage the company's compliance policies and processes.• Lead process improvement projects to improve the Customs's team processes.• Coordinate recovery actions with origin / destination / terminal when shipment exception occurs.• Work with internal stakeholder in respective departments and external stakeholders to manage and ensure compliance to legal and regulatory policy requirement and operating procedure.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholder and external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies.• Data entry, manage report, and documentation control.

Main Job and Responsibilities :* Proceed all purchases (suppliers invoices)* Matching purchase orders (PO) confirming prices and quantity to invoices* Reviews and verified invoices and their accompanying payment requests toensure compliance to company's policies and procedures* Prepare invoice batches and entry to SAP Programs on daily basis* Responds to inquiries from suppliers and clients regarding the status oftheir payment in a timely and professional manners
