As the Global Lead for Salesforce at Accenture Interactive I am responsible for all aspects of our growth and strategy for Salesforce Commerce, Marketing, and Experience clouds. Working with my team of global leaders we execute the experience transformations required to create the value our clients demand.

As the Customer Experience Go To Market Lead for Accenture Interactive myself and my team are focused on enabling the greatest experiences on the planet. GTM is the intersection of sales, offering, and alliances for platforms and vendors focused on Customer Experience. I leverage my deep history as a senior delivery leader to bring a new perspective to drive our sales and offering teams towards better solutions for the customer.

After being acquired by Accenture in 2013, Mr. Ryan took a leadership role in successfully transitioning the best practices he developed and as part of Acquity Group to Accenture Digital. After successfully leading the Hybris practice during the transition Mr. Ryan has taken a larger role as the Commerce Practice Lead. In this role he is able to translate his vast experience as a commerce professional and success in building the world's leading Hybris delivery organization to the larger commerce ecosystem

Serving as the hybris Platform architect and Solution Lead, Mr. Ryan was responsible for ensuring successful delivery across all hybris projects in the organization. This included establishing solid vendor relationships, business development, go to market messaging, and defining best practices. Successfully shown by growing the organization to annual revenues greater than $60m. Mr. Ryan was responsible for training and hiring a team of nearly 200 individuals to deliver across 15+ simultaneous projects. Under the leadership of Mr. Ryan, Acquity Group was recognized as the hybris Partner of the Year in 2012 and 2013.In addition to serving as the Solution Lead, Mr. Ryan was a successful Solution Architect in both content and commerce spaces. Leading transformational engagements for clients such as Oakley, Tommy Bahama, BC Hydro, Belkin, and AssuraMed.
