In this role, I’m working closely with industry partners across Arizona to develop targeted training programs for both companies and entry-level tech workers. Our department recently received a substantial grant from the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) to enhance workforce development initiatives, particularly in the fields of chip manufacturing and medical devices.My primary focus is on building strong partnerships with industry leaders, identifying gaps in their workforce needs, and crafting training solutions that bridge those gaps.
