Our department recently received a substantial grant from the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) to enhance workforce development initiatives, particularly in the fields of chip manufacturing and medical devices.My primary focus is on building strong partnerships with industry leaders, identifying gaps in their workforce needs, and crafting training solutions that bridge those gaps. I develop and implement campus-wide initiatives that create an atmosphere of career consciousness and provide actionable steps that allow students to implement their education in their careers.
