Bear responsibility for the day to day operation of the club. Direct the total hotel operation, hospitality sales operation, parking operation, housekeeping and cleaning staff. Oversaw a 13% year-over-year guestroom revenue increase while RevPAR increased over 15% during the same time frame. Managed 100 independent contractors as part of the day-to-day operations of newspaper distribution. Successfully worked with independent contractors and other support staff to increase sales and readership of the newspaper on a daily basis. Overall responsibility for maintaining customer service standards while increasing readership and revenue for the company. Assisted the Circulation Director with launching new and innovative programs to enhance the brand of the newspaper and its other products.

Newspaper In Education Coordinator Successfully secured funding of the NIE program through working with key corporate accounts. Implemented new operation and reporting systems for the effective distribution and sales efforts of the department. Key contact between schools and company to increase circulation of the newspaper in the schools and have the newspapers funded by major corporations. Effectively implemented sales strategies and financial goals for the department in preparation for the annual budget meetings and overall implementation of the annual budget of the NIE department.; Secured advertising inserts for the monthly magazine publications through selling to potential advertising base. Managed and coordinated an alternate delivery district for the distribution of the company's consumer free-product programs. Maintained relations with over 70 independent contractors in the delivery of all products. Effectively managed the day-to-day maintenance of the Alternate Delivery Database Management System. Maintained router and subscriber databases for all facets of operations for production of weekly delivery lists and manifests for all niche publications.
