Recent projects include1) Office Tenant Improvements at Digital Realty Chandler. Working on making the offices efficient and updating finishes. 20132) Exterior Site Improvements at Digital Phoenix. New design of site finishes and landscape around entire city block. New LED street lighting. 20133) Downtown Buckeye Mainstreet Building Façade upgrades. Beauty enhancement to an old turn of the century building in downtown Buckeye. Worked with client to achieve City grants. 20134) Renovations to Digital Realty Trust Data Center Facility of approx. 300,000 s.f. Renovations include upgrades to electrical services, data center installations and modifications. 5) Project Planning for Digital Realty Trust for future Data Centers at two facilities (Tempa, AZ & Dallas, TX). Project scale of +100,000 s.f.6) Ingleside Animal Hospital. Design of new animal hospital for relocation and expansion of a 50 year old Veterinary facility. Approx. 12,000 s.f. facility opened in January 2008.7) City of Phoenix Center for the Performing Arts. Renovation of existing Baptist church (approx. 30,000 s.f.) and converted into a 500 seat playhouse theater. Current project is on Hold. Approx. construction budget $8 mil.8) Buckeye Park and Ride Design and Documentation for Parking Shade Structures, Bus Waiting Area structures and Security building. Developed an architectural concept that was reflective of Buckeye's History.9) Master Planning for various Data Center projects throughout the west coast of the United States, included Arizona, Texas and California.
