• Managed and mobilised the project team, systems and contractors for $450 Million fibre network design and construction for the Commonwealth Government
• Setup an Alliance with Ngarda Civil and Mining to deliver the Perth to Geraldton section of RBBP Project, actively supporting Ngarda as an member of that Alliance Board.
• Projects were completed on time and well within budget, receiving several industry awards.

• Managed the successful Visionstream bid for the $2 Billion 10 year Chorus contract. Visionstream were awarded 4 patches comprising 45% of the population of New Zealand.
• Continued on to manage the successful transition from the incumbent contractors (Downer and Transfield), including transitioning the existing employed workforce into a subcontract model.

• Managed the bid and then setup the A&AS project for Visionstream.
• Successfully increased Visionstream’s geographical footprint into SA and WA in addition to the existing contract in Victoria.

• Responsible for the operations of the Visionstream business across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia.
• Projects included Telstra ASC and I&M contracts, TASM Telstra Alliance, Uecomm Wideband, Alliance with Thiess/John Holland on Eastlink and various works for VicTrack.
