I have developed a program for our football team that allows 40+ student atheletes to train for common strength and size goals while working in cooperation with the head football coach and his overall goals for the team. This involves weekly individual coaching of players as weel as revisions of schedules and training plans on a weekly basis.

I lead a youth ministry of 125-200 students from 7th-12th grade. This involved speaking twice a week, leading a weekly Bible study, working in conjunction with other adult leaders to teach a yearly curriculum aimed at developing a deeper understanding of theology in our students lives. Originaly I was hired to direct a program known as Desert Reach that operated under a grant from The Latino Coalition as well as funding from the Foster Friess foundation. The goal of this program was to reach at risk youth who needed soft skills for job placements and mentoring through after school and weekend activities.
