I assist clients with estate planning and tax services, which range from the preparation of basic estate plans to the creation and implementation of comprehensive wealth transfer plans for high net worth individuals.I represent executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts, including counseling clients on federal and state estate tax returns and gift tax returns, and representing clients in probate court as well as before the IRS in gift and estate tax audits.I also assist businesses and their owners with transactions, tax planning, and succession planning. I counsel clients on intellectual property protection, and have helped them enforce their intellectual property rights through litigation in state and federal courts and through other dispute resolution forums.
