Overseeing a team of senior project managers and staff to transition all applications and infrastructure services into the buyer's environment within the 12 month Transition Services Agreement (TSA).While partnered with Phoenix Advantage, lead the Technology Transition of an Italian acquisition into a Global Client’s environment. This $250M acquired division of a Fortune 100 company is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) in the Bio-Pharma industry with over 550 employees and all operations in Northern Italy. Working directly with the CIO overseeing the integration of ERP, Research & Development Systems, and Infrastructure. Primary Point of Contact with the selling organization, managing all aspects of the Transition Services Agreement (TSA) between the two organizations. Participated heavily in the negotiations of the TSA.Lead the technology separation and transition of a $3.2B global baking company with 100+ locations. Responsible for the separation and set up of key technology services and releasing the client from the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) 3 months early. Established a global IT Infrastructure organization that was able to reduce cost by 25% and improve service delivery. Assumed role of Interim VP of Global Infrastructure.
