Designed and implemented automation that reduced man-hours related to special billing requirements by 70%.• I rescued a failed implementation of a 3rd party cash application solution by identifying gaps in previous deliverables, creating development and testing plans to correct those gaps, and working with project stakeholders to restore trust. Delivered a working product 45 days later to satisfied stakeholders responsible for applying the company’s $2M+ in daily payments.
