I have over 20 years of experience building and leading high growth Sales teams in the Digital Video space. Currently, I am Director of Sales & Brand Partnerships for Moonbug Entertainment, the creator and distributor of the world's most popular shows for Kids & Families, including the global hits CoComelon, Blippi, Little Angel, Morphle, Oddbods, and many other beloved IP's. I am responsible for Media & Entertainment Sales across Moonbug's massive and highly engaged audience of families on YouTube & within Moonbug's Owned and Operated Connected-TV environments.Most recently, I was the Head of Sales & Brand Partnerships at Common Sense Networks (CSN), a B-corp and for-profit affiliate of Common Sense Media, whose mission is to make screen time valuable for kids and families. I was responsible for sales and brand partnerships across Sensical, CSN's kids streaming service and a collection of trusted, age appropriate entertainment focused on benefitting child development. Key partners included Apple, Nike, and Paramount Pictures.Previously, I was the Head of Entertainment & Gaming at BroadbandTV (BBTV), the world's largest Multi-Channel Network representing 5000+ multi-platform digital creators. While in this role, I led Direct Sales for the Western US region, while also spearheading the go-to-market strategy for BBTV's Kids & Family (Hooplakidz), Gaming (TGN), and Music (Opposition) verticals. My work in these areas enhanced BBTV's offerings for brands and resulted in numerous new advertisers, including a Brand-safe Esports partnership with The Wonderful Company and BBTV's first campaign with MGA Entertainment.Prior to BBTV, I led the Western Sales regions for 2 other major Multi-Channel Networks, VEVO and Fullscreen. While at Vevo, I helped guide the West to its first $100M year of ad revenue, while playing a key role in Upfront negotiations and renewals with Vevo's biggest Entertainment and Tech advertisers. While at Fullscreen, I oversaw multiple award-winning brand integrations and a 900% increase in regional revenue over 4 years, contributing to Fullscreen's acquisition by Otter Media in 2018. I received my MBA from The University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in International Business. I live in the Los Angeles area with my wife, Katherine, and our 4 boys: Chase (10), Trey (8), and identical twins Shane & Jack (6). My favorite pastime is listening to and writing/performing music.
