I have been involved with the legal services industry since 1992 and ran Precision Corporate Services, Inc. as an owner/partner since 1994. As of August 2021 Precision was acquired by our great partner and industry leader, Registered Agent Solutions, Inc. (RASI). I currently remain very much a part of the day to day operations of our Boston office and place considerable value in the many rewarding one on one relationships I have with clients and colleagues. I endeavor to position our company as provider of the highest level of service in our industry. Our client base consists of many of the nation's top law firms, as well as many mid sized local firms, individual practitioners, real estate developers and various other entities that appreciate a professional and reliable hands on search and filing team. I take pride in steering a company that routinely handles large multistate projects in which our clients and their clients often have millions of dollars on the line. Our clients expect top notch service for their hard earned dollars and my belief is that anything less is unacceptable. My goal is to do my part to keep RASI at the forefront of our industry, nurturing consistent growth while insuring that we continue to deliver the level of service that our clients are accustomed to.
