I was a pioneer in establishing the first coaching organization, which was instrumental in the formation of the International Coaching Federation. I contributed to testing the original ICF Competencies, developing the original MCC competencies, and was part of the examination team for over a decade. My academic contributions include roles at The Coaches Training Institute, the University of Miami, the University of St. Thomas, and CCO.In my relentless pursuit, I remain dedicated to empowering coaches and leaders to confidently face new challenges and reach new pinnacles in both performance and personal achievement.
