The CCO aims to unleash human potential within organizations through coaching and by fostering a coaching mindset, making coaching and coach training more accessible to diverse groups and nonprofits, thereby underscoring coaching's transformative power for all individuals.From the inception of coaching as a professional field, I have been at its forefront. I was a pioneer in establishing the first coaching organization, which was instrumental in the formation of the International Coaching Federation. I contributed to testing the original ICF Competencies, developing the original MCC competencies, and was part of the examination team for over a decade.
