Responsibilities:Program Manager (Workstream Lead)Migrate acquiring company’s (Wells Fargo Investments) clients onto the acquired company’s (Wachovia Securities) online account access platform and integrated that platform with acquiring company’s corporate systems • Manage internal, cross-departmental and contract labor, consisting of five project managers and 5-8 staff on each project located in San Francisco, St. Louis, Charlotte, and Minneapolis • Manage the program finances ($23 million) • Track and manage program-level issues and risks, creating risk mitigation plans and driving issues to resolution• Report status regularly to group of over 150 stakeholders at all levels of management • Manage off-shore testing team

• Worked on a large, collaborative team to develop the web site clients use to view their account information online using WebLogic and Java Server Pages (JSP) • Developed new applications in Visual Basic and Java using a standard development methodology • Modified and maintained existing applications in Visual Basic and Java • Designed business object models using Together J and UML • Developed business objects in Visual Basic using COM • Implemented PeopleSoft’s Purchasing Module from the Financials/Distribution Suite • Evaluated new technologies regularly to determine benefit and fit in the company’s environment • Designed relational databases • Converted a medium-sized Visual Basic application to be Y2K-compliant

• Developed new programs and upgraded and maintained existing programs in Programmers Development Language, Visual Basic, and Visual Basic for Applications• Maintained corporate internet site using HTML and JavaScript • Co-developed reporting application that eliminated the need for hard-copy reports and resulted in an annual savings of $4,000• Designed and developed a database application in Microsoft Access for tracking PC inventory, repairs, and upgrades• Developed techniques and standards for building, networking, and deploying new PCs
