I established all of the Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety procedures and systems. I hired an entirely new team of people and successfully ramped up production. I.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Black belt coordinated and prioritized continual improvement activities, completed 6 sigma projects and lean initiatives as assigned by the management team, while maintaining a detailed record of the financially validated cost savings.

Quality Engineering reported directly to the Quality Manager and was responsible for all aspects of Quality at the project / customer level, whether it be related to the supply base, internal processes or the customer. The position involved extensive travel throughout North America.
