Most investments were self-sourced, as we identified our own acquisition candidates and promoted Navigant’s growing platform of professional services and BPO capabilities in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Energy, Financial Compliance and Dispute & Investigations sectors. My earlier experience is twenty years in corporate development and business transactions, including as a Partner at a private investment firm, as Vice President of Corporate Development at a leading manufacturer of equipment for the paint, ink and food industries and as a senior member of a boutique consulting firm specializing in the development and implementation of international technology licensing and acquisition strategies.
