Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within Collections and Recovery. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls at vendor/state level attorney partners. Analyze gaps and deficiencies in their Standard Operating Procedures and policies. Monitor status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Ensure remediation of audit observations are completed timely to maintain compliance within the LOB/ECF.
