AristaMD’s care transition solutions, including eConsult, video consults and referral management tools, empower providers to conduct electronic physician-to-physician consultations, facilitate the selection and scheduling of in-person specialist visits, trigger automatic follow-up activities critical to patient care, and schedule peer-to-peer reviews for insurance authorization. Electronic referral management, eConsults and video consultations significantly improve the patient referral process and deliver greater access to timely, equitable, high-quality care.

ProductCamp is a free, user-driven, collaborative “unconference” for Product people returning to San Diego in Spring 2020. The goal of ProductCampSD is to contribute to success and growth of San Diego companies of all sizes by improving our ability to build market leading products by bringing product leaders together to share best practices and form supportive connections.Volunteers are welcome! I lead the long-term vision, growth, and daily usage Sharp’s patient portals as part of a multi-disciplinary team UX researchers, UI designers, copywriters, software developers, and QAs. In delivering solutions that meaningfully impact the lives of thousands of San Diego residents, I have loved the opportunity to interview and connect with patients and non-patients in virtual, in-person, and guerrilla settings.

• Managed the lifecycle of a suite of internal and external products which were crucial for daily operations and long-term business growth; these products enabled the management of $14B in assets, improved client experience, and reduced operational risk• Provided strategic direction to the team of eight developers and one business analyst; drove the adoption of agile development methods• Proactively identified opportunities to improve effectiveness of sales and marketing, client experience, and quality of investment decisions• Ensured effective release of features and associated changes in business processes by creating transition plans, providing updates throughout development to build enthusiasm, training affected users, and instituting post-release support• Formalized the product development process and created new stakeholder communication channels• Created the Product Management team as part of restructuring the technology department

Worked with existing organizations and community programs in order to raise their effectiveness and streamline their operations. Special emphasis was placed on creating development programs for youths and schools.
