I write all kinds of emails from promos to notifications and newsletters. I also write copy for the website and mobile apps from time to time. To say it's fast-paced and demanding would be a tremendous understatement, but I enjoy the challenge.

I was the ambassador of GoDaddy culture to new generations of consultants. I helped teach the classes and work with new teams during on-the-job training and transitioning to their new supervisors.

I talked to customers about their online business goals and coached them towards achieving success, plus I solved their technical issues while I was at it.
