I helped to promote Compassion's work around the world and to communicate the results of this work to supporters. A key aspect of this role involved working with church leaders in the northern Alberta region to explore partnership opportunities for supporting global poverty relief and development efforts.

I provided leadership, management, and support in a number of interrelated areas, including communications, writing, editing, group facilitation, and public consultation, for a wide range of municipal infrastructure and process improvement projects.

I provided writing support for funding and partnership proposals; edited articles, reports, presentations, and other documents; coordinated and promoted research, training and workshop events; and implemented and managed the website.

I supported the development of a new edition of William Godwin's 1817 novel, Mandeville (published by Broadview Press in 2015).
