My coaching practice began in 1999 helping client companies retain valued leaders and managers needing to demonstrate new behaviors or skills in order to succeed within a dynamic and changing organization.Then and now, I work with leaders at all levels of the organization to acquire skills and capabilities not easily gained through a course or seminar. My passion is delivering an essential, personalized, and outcome-based result that benefits both the leader and organization.My practice is centered in working with a client's strengths, understanding the organizational, business and relational dynamics at play, gathering 360 feedback, implementing behavior-based development plans, and auditing for sustainability. Long term client organization relationships have evolved through successful engagements in the areas of performance improvement, succession readiness, launching newly promoted leaders, and developing higher levels of communication and talent management skills in more tenured leaders.
