After graduating in Telecommunications my desire to produce TV shows quickly changed to wanting to produce long term relationships with clients and co-workers. I quickly gained Project Management experience from leading large scale commercial and industrial construction projects. That early knowledge has been transferable throughout my career, and, as I've grown at Pratt Visual Solutions, those skills have allowed me to create and forge successful positive relationships. In my free time I enjoy volunteering as a Board Member for The Crossing School of Business and Entrepreneurship mentoring high school teens through growing their microsbusinesses. I also enjoy spending free time with my family on the lake and outdoors. On top of leading my team and assisting them with areas they need to grow in, I also like to roll up my sleeves and work alongside the vice president of sales to lead multi-million dollar projects for our new and existing accounts. I am a continual learner. I value personal development and a cohesive knowledge of what it means to win and be successful. That's one of the reasons I value Pratt and what we have to offer. I am an encourager who loves a fun, fast-paced environment with days that are not dictated by hours that tick by, but by the amount of excellence we can bring clients. I'm a problem solver who likes the challenge of finding solutions through analyzing data, ways to save the clients money, and ensuring quality product is delivered on time to the highest degree of excellence.
