Grabyo develops cloud-based video production and editing software for the broadcast and live production industries. I managed business development for the western half of the United States through focused prospecting and demonstrations of the platform. Developed new partnerships and managed existing technology partnerships worldwide for Grabyo.

Broadcast Pix develops integrated production switchers and cloud-based solutions for media management, collaboration, and distribution. I built and maintained strong, long-lasting relationships with broadcast technology resellers while partnering with them to develop mutual business objectives. Led the planning and implementation of a new business plan to accelerate the growth of hardware and software sales in the US market.

Oversaw all business development, channel sales, and hardware operations for Vimeo/Livestream. Established office in Los Angeles to sell the platform product to the premium content market. Developed the enterprise SaaS and professional services business models for the company. Launched the hardware business, coordinated manufacturing, organized distribution, and managed the reseller channel.

Spearheaded business development efforts for Ustream. Developed the plan for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Opened the Ustream office in Los Angeles, hired a Sales/BD team, and managed the Sales/BD process from customer acquisition to account management. Executed several types of deals with film studios, television companies, music labels, brands, and agencies.

Managed business development activities related to video for the company. Developed a cohesive strategy and financial model for the premium video content offering on MySpace. Created deal templates for both original and licensed content and negotiated contracts with media companies, talent agencies, and production companies. Implemented video deals within the organization and managed relationships with content partners.

Structured and negotiated video content licensing deals with major media companies, studios, production companies, and other rights holders. Collaborated on the development and execution of a business plan for a video-on-demand service to support the PlayStation Portable (PSP), addressing content channel creation, positioning, revenue share splits, monetization through an ad-supported model, DRM, and multi-platform support.
