Tasks included:- Employing lean techniques to eliminate wastes in production processes - Processes evaluated through time studies and reported out to visual management through PDCA (Plan,Check,Do,Act) under the Hoshin Kanri Management system- Employ value stream mapping and pareto analysis within PDCA to prioritize improvement tasks- Solutions implemented are data driven and backed with additional cost analysis techniques- Updating CAD drawings - Working with multitude of operators and departments

Worked as a temporary fill in for about a month during the summer of 2013 and 2015. Worked with a variety of different people and focused on moving and preparing apartments and townhouses for their new tenants.
