I live by my personal Mission, which is to be a person of Excellence and to positively Impact my communities. This includes my work at K&M Tire where my professional Mission is to build the Leading and Most Trusted team in the tire industry by writing, designing, and delivering Leadership, Management, Sales, and Operations training that positively Impacts our team of 1,000+ across the country. Outside of my work at K&M Tire, I also serve as the Past President of the Ohio Tire & Automotive Association where we are dedicated to serving and protecting the business interests of Ohio tire and automotive companies, while providing leading training opportunities and resources to our members. In addition, I am a contributing writer for the leading tire industry publication, Tire Review Magazine.In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending live events, fitness, investing, reading to improve myself, and other professional development opportunities. I'm also a (terrible) golfer.
