Responsible for all operational functions including finance, HR, IT, demand and supply planning, allocation, distribution centers, customer service, and process improvement. Served on the corporate senior leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. Reduced the SG&A plan by $9M while increasing revenue $10M and hitting inventory turn goals.

Realized hundreds of millions of dollars in operations improvements for clients from startups and equity investors, to Fortune 500 companies. Key projects included serving as Interim COO for Premium Power, a venture-backed startup in grid-scale energy storage, and setting up Nike’s outsourced manufacturing relationships for the FuelBand product. Other clients included Riverwood Capital, Alcatel Lucent, Aptina Imaging, Cyden, and Westinghouse Solar.
