With over 25 years of experience in IT management, I have developed core competencies in process improvement, vendor relations, and customer relationship management (CRM).One of my key achievements was being responsible for millions of dollars of revenue flowing into Walt Disney World through their 4,000 point of sale terminals (PoS), where I mastered the knowledge needed to implement the latest payment systems, including EMV and PCI.
