Member of the 469th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion in Mountain View. We are a logistics support unit and my primary field is Human Resources. I manage all of the unit’s HR metrics to ensure we stand at the highest level of readiness to deploy. Additionally, I am responsible for our Soldier’s quarterly evaluations, their medical status, their financial elections, awards, and promotions. I possess a secret security clearance and I have a team of 5 individuals in my section who I supervise. I have managed numerous projects for the Army to include mass medical where 400+ Soldiers received services, and shooting ranges where I was responsible for the logistics of the events to include ammunition, training, execution, and reporting of the range functions. The Army has provided me with leadership skills that have built my management style and given me opportunities for personal development that have helped me grow as a professional in both the public and private sectors. The U.S. Space Force (USSF) is a new branch of the Armed Forces. It was established on December 20, 2019 with enactment of the Fiscal Year 2020 National Defense Authorization Act.As a contractor for USSF with MCR, I provided Strategic Planning support to the Talent Management Directorate at the Space and Missile Systems Center on Los Angeles Air Force Base. My role was to help establish, develop, and execute the mission of the new Talent Management Directorate within Atlas Corps by assisting in identifying issues, opportunities for improvement/efficiencies/innovation, and recommend plans to assist in execution of approved approaches. Our main goals in Talent Management were to recruit top talent, train them to be the best they can be, and create a culture/brand that makes our employees excited to come to work every day so we can retain them for as long as possible!The Space and Missile Systems Center is the Space Force's center of acquisition excellence for acquiring and developing military space systems. Its portfolio includes GPS, military satellite communications, defense meteorological satellites, space launch and range systems, satellite control networks, space based infrared systems and space situational awareness capabilities.

Worked in an administrative fashion in a team of 3 supporting backend operations for our police department. I was responsible for the front counter, managed the release of police reports, answered phones, processed court paperwork and mail, and released background checks. Heavy public facing role and fielded 40-50 calls daily. Was also the backup Court Officer acting as the liaison between the court house and our PD.

Was an employee of Enterprise Holdings where I was responsible daily for my personal sales numbers, managing a team of 30 Customer Service Representatives, and ensuring our branch remained competitive in our sales and customer service score. I began my career at a home city Enterprise in Santa Clara before I was promoted to a management position in May of 2017. Our airport was number 1 on the West Coast for customer service and sales averages for multiple months while I was there. Additionally, I was the only person at the management level in the history of the airport who sold well enough personally to reach commission every month.
