During the eight and a half years that I worked here I was involved in most aspects of building a business from scratch. It was my responsibility to ensure that the company's major business customers were happy with the services we provided. I was also responsible for bringing additional businesses into our client portfolio.

As a self employed Telecoms Consultant, I advised businesses on which telephone equipment would best suit their needs. In 1995 the focus of my consultancy work switched away from equipment and concentrated on saving call costs by utilising alternatives to BT.
