Founded PS to fill a market need for special quality-related services within the automotive industry. Planned and directed all aspects of the company’s policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsible for the overall strategic planning for sales, marketing, operations, employee resources and financial stability. Directly responsible for developing a strong branded culture that reflected the Company's point of view/mission. This culture defined and identified clearly "who we are and how we do things." Direct reports were Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Corporate Services and an Executive Assistant. Made frequent visits to all PS business unit locations to work with associates and to visit key customers.

A $15 million independent manufacturer’s representative company. Founded as an S Corporation to sell and market products on behalf of manufacturers. Primary industries were automotive, heavy truck, agriculture and aerospace with customers in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Products were designed and built per customer’s requirements and consisted of specialize tools, gauges and machine parts. Responsible for P&L and strategic sales plans. Created and developed relationships with new and existing customers, owners and top executives. Worked collaboratively with manufacturing to assure product met customer’s specifications and expectations. Attended trade shows to stay up-to-date of new products and technologies.
