I am also skilled in providing engaging and informative content for online platforms and publications.In my most recent role as the Director of Retail Operations manager at Fuego/Attic Salt, I oversaw the day-to-day functions of all company operations (B&M stores, distro, ecomm), creating, reporting and reviewing P&L reports, building forecasting models, and developing and executing operational plans and policies.I pride myself on my analytical skills and reasoning abilities to read data and to identifies trends and opportunities in the business, and most importantly to take fast action.I was the right hand to the CEO and was responsible for the day to day. I maintained partnerships with other non-reporting functions, and provided cohesive leadership during transitions and senior leadership changes.I was asked to join the Executive Meetings for the parent company to represent the division, and became the voice of the brand throughout the company and stores. I took bold actions to promote the business and made tough decisions to close underperforming stores. I also led the company's expansion into new markets while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
