Reporting directly to the co-CEO, I developed and executed the company’s first-ever strategic growth plan within two months, which was successfully presented to the Board. Spearheaded transformation initiatives across the US, Canada, and the UK, including a strategic plan for Hudson Energy’s commercial sales, introducing a groundbreaking 'flat bill' product. Reinvigorated the TerraPass division, securing a multimillion-dollar contract and achieving profitability within the first year. Led customer retention programs and pioneered a smart home product suite with innovative financing strategies.

Pioneered early residential solar, transforming groSolar into a leading commercial and utility-scale solar developer across the eastern US. Led the company through key phases, including a 45% CAGR in module sales from 2006-2011, and raised over $33M in equity. Spearheaded multiple acquisitions, culminating in the sale of the residential division to SolarCity and the entire company to EDF in 2016. Under my leadership, groSolar grew to nearly $60M in revenue, developed a 225 MW PV project pipeline, and became a top 5 US residential solar company by 2009.

Led strategic consulting in renewable energy, smart grid, EVs, and energy storage. Specialized in business and market strategy from feasibility to implementation, M&A, fundraising, and project development. Managed design and construction administration for mechanical and electrical engineering projects valued at over $1 billion, including cogeneration plants, academic buildings, and high-rise developments. Served as the Owner's Representative for the $30 million renovation of the Drake Hotel in Chicago.
