Worked as a project manager for a variety of Tokyo security firm initiatives such as:Worked at Goldman Sachs as co-project manager and head of QA. Successfully deployed Raptor into production for trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) and two PTS venues in January 2012. Also, launched first installment of our newest product, Raptor Raw. This product is an extremely low-latency trading platform (~8 micros) utilizing a GE packet sniffing WANic card.Project manager for development of Raptor's OMX line handler for the new J-Gate launch at Osaka Securities Exchange (OSE) in Feb. 2011. Work was completed on time with no down-time after trading started on the new system.Co-project lead and head of QA for the development and delivery of Raptor, Fusion's high frequency/low-latency trading application. Successfully launched Raptor at Credit Suisse, a major securities firm in Tokyo for the debut of the Tokyo Stock Exchange's next generation trading system called Arrowhead. Lead FIX-engine certification and all other aspects of systems testing.Project manager on a large project for Citi, a tier-1 capital markets/financial firm in Tokyo. Project entailed extensive revisions to Citi's stock transaction settlement software. These modifications were required by JASDEC for the dematerialization of stocks certificates and had a hard deadline of Jan. 2009. The revised software was successfully launched on time with no impact to Citi customers.

Worked with US government clients to elicit, analyze and document system requirement specifications for highly sensitive enterprise applications, some built using COTS products. This included working with client stakeholders and internal staff (e.g., network engineers, software QA, hardware/application security, etc) to elicit and write specifications for systems containing sensitive information. The specifications covered areas such as US government software/hardware security standards, hardware requirements; data center facility requirements, software and hardware performance, data backups, interfaces to other networks and applications, and required new software functionality. Models of software functionality are developed using an object-oriented design approach with Rational XDE. Rational RequisitePro is used to document and tag requirements, develop and tag use cases, and to create traceability between requirements and use cases. • Worked with technical staff such as network engineers and software developers to develop, present, and write technical approaches for solving software functionality issues. Senior Associate - Began as an entry-level consultant and rose to the rank of Senior Associate. Lead a group of six consultants on a variety of tasks, primarily for the Department of Defense. Led proposals and brought in over $10 million in business. Managed all steps in the software development life cycle from the design, development, and testing of the database and software. Briefed the final product personally to the Chief of Army Personnel (a four-star general) who approved the system for further funding and maintenance.
