My legal practice is focused on capital markets and M&A transactions. I am a partner with McMillan LLP's Capital Markets Group. My clients come from a range of industrial sectors including mining, energy, technology, and gaming. I advise entrepreneurial growth companies at every stage of their development, as well as the venture capital and private equity firms that provide them with capital.Prior to joining McMillan I worked as an associate in both the New York and Menlo Park offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell. Having worked in these major centre's of both capital investment and business innovation, I have a breadth of experience and perspective that serves clients well on both sides of venture capital transactions.
