Developed an illegal bus lane usage data and imaging processing software suite, enabled edge data aggregation, rule execution and loading of true violation events into a live back office system. This provided a complete working system which facilitated a contract award for system expansion with new hardware. 40% support and overhead reduction achieved from developed IoT detection software which traversed all company owned edge devices and obtain statistical information required for compliance and support. 30% reduction in support, downtime and system integration for scheduled jobs from researching presenting and implementing a 3rd party enterprise job scheduler across multiple product divisions.

As the companies only principal software engineer designed and lead engineers with building a large enterprise SaaS system containing workflows, DMV, ALPR, court interfaces, reporting, identity management, distributed file management services, billing and payment integration. Reduced software release support costs by 30K annually by leading a small group of software developers with implementation of continuous integration and release automation, utilizing Cruise Control, SVN, Nunit and Nant Designed and coded distributed service platforms for file management, reporting, identity management, DMV and ALPR services. Provided the ability for the company to market 2F authentication service by developing out a first generation secondary authentication identity management role based system. Delivered 1st end-to-end SaaS workflow, file and reporting management systems for violation processing along with integration of 3rd party services.

Started with building C++ COM components for Classic ASP applications written in Visual Basic. Migrated development to new .NET framework planforms.Built out middleware systems which provided a database and software agnostic platform for data persistence and retrieval.
