My name is Jefin. I was born in Banjarmasin, but raised up in Jogja. I’ve always been a logical person, so I end up majoring in Industrial Engineering of Universitas Islam Indonesia. I graduated in 2018 with the GPA of 3.65.I love travelling, learning new things, and meeting people. Which lead me to join 3 different kinds of organizations. It was such an interesting journey with International Buddy. It was a really great platform to learn how to deal with diversity, how to compromise people, and how to be a tolerant person. I step up my challenge as I was chosen as the chief in UII Golden. I never thought being a leader turned out to be quite difficult. But I can deal with it anyway. Yet, I gained significant knowledge in BangunCita. We inspire and enable Indonesian youth to help building villages in modern society, through collaboration and entrepreneurship that bring measurable impact. Having organizational experience is not enough, so I did my first internship as a procurement intern in Apindo Jaya Makmur, a woodworking company that produces bare core. For me, living as an intern was an eye-opening experience as a student.Later on, I realized that I have a strong interest in service industry. I would like to leverage my detail-oriented mind and apply the skills and knowledge that I have attained throughout my degree courses. I see myself as a people-oriented and over-achiever person. I demonstrated this through working in various group projects with different types of people which I had been able to perform well.My strength is my attitude. I like to take challenges that I believe I can do it. I take both success and failure in a balanced manner. I have noticed that I have problems in doing multiple tasks in one time, so I accustomed to do time management to ensure the quality of work I am delivering. I believe in myself and my hard work. I want perfection in everything.
