Working within Activision Blizzard Esports to guide and inform brands on how they can partner effectively within the competitive gaming space.

After the acquisition of Machinima by Warner Bros. the Ad Sales team officially shifted under the WB banner. Previous roles and responsibilities remained the same with the addition of WB digital properties (TMZ, DramaFever, etc.)

In addition to continuing to work closely with agencies and clients to plan and execute custom advertising campaigns I also over saw a team of Account Managers. Responsibilities included creating and maintaining internal/external processes, career pathing, and working closely with my west coast counter-part to ensure both teams are aligned.

Worked closely with creative advertising solutions, in-house production, and talent teams to execute custom video based campaigns. Responsibilities included responding to RFP's, fielding questions to sell through the proposal, handling all closed/won paperwork, ensuring campaign was up and running, overseeing custom content creation, and putting together campaign wrap reports. Also utilized custom SalesForce environment for accountability and execution purposes.

Worked closely with the creative and sales teams to formulate custom advertising solutions within the framework of campaign goals. Also tasked with creating strategy presentations to pitch larger executions such as yearly "always on" campaigns.

Tangible Media is a small media buying/planning company dealing mainly with video game and entertainment clients. The small company atmosphere enables more responsibility and hands on interaction with all aspects and levels of media buying and planning. This includes forecasting campaign results, planning media buys through research and historical data, and pitching the recommendation directly to the client. I also set up the campaign within the third party ad server and maintained the account through tasks such as presenting weekly reports to the client.

Assisted the Ad Sales team in anyway necessary. Also engaged in a comprehensive team project collaborating with interns from other departments.

Supported the sales team through researching ComScore metrics, creating sales presentations, and mocking-up ad examples for clients.

Cyber-Stop was a cyber-cafe allowing customers to play video games, check email, and do other computer related activities. Main responsibilities included IT support, cashier, hiring/firing, and general maintenance of store.
