I participated in department meetings, image acquisitions and treatment delivery sessions. The principal aim of my research was to designing algorithms for respiratory motion estimation and modelling. The work included the establishing image acquisition protocols, image registration and segmentation, and investigating the effect of novel treatment strategies. -
