Access Manager
CurrentAn individual contributor or may lead a team through application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas within Service Assurance. Operational role, responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area. Identifies problems and updates or modifies working methods in own role without the benefit of defined procedures. May provide first level of supervisory management to a work team that includes professional roles. May also supervise technical and administrative staff.Typically has no budget responsibility.Access Manager will be responsible to speed up incidents that are going on in the respective regions or as defined in the matrix. Will own the incident, review it & take corrective actions towards earliest resolution. Will maintain internal & external customer confidence in incident management & avoid repeat escalation. Will own the coordination with the Access suppliers in the region, thereafter act as regional contact for Suppliers & internal stake holders of TCL Service Assurance.Will analyze the incident & take corrective actions to restore services in minimum time.Will ensure timely & effective communication to external & internal stake holders during the incident & avoid repeat escalation.Will do review of pending incidents in every shift, guide the subordinates towards early resolution & track it.Will have to build relationship with the supplier’s management and work towards broader business goals for the Organisation. Will review cases pertaining to problem management & will review with relevant access Suppliers for fast execution.Strong customer communications verbal and writtenAttending / arranging monthly Service review meeting for top Suppliers in the region. Work towards improvement in performance with suppliers. Updating the score cards and work towards improvement in scores based on the incident experience
