Focusing on machine make ready to reduce time. Maintaining 5S & ISO procedure in print shop areas. Achieving production target with available man power. Approving the First label approval, ODRI scanning, deep cut, scuff & tape test. New product development & co-ordinate with customer service and marketing team. Monitoring daily production target & pre plan for upcoming production and arranging all the required materials. Training a new employee to know about machine handling, quality checkups, wastage management. Handled around 40-50 employee of production staff & finishing operator

 Monitoring daily production, adjusted production plans, charted/tracked production performance, and processing daily production reports. Responsible for all the department processes from prepress to till dispatching. Supervise all the press room employees, interpret company policies, enforce safety regulations, train workers on safety standards and employee compliance issues, maintain time and production records, select and discipline department employees. Communicated frequently with Customer service & Sales manager to ensure smooth project progress and updating them on order status, dispatching details, and incorporating any changes. Manage the staff shift schedule and authorizing (budgeted) employee overtime to meet production schedule, enforcing company rules, directing staff activities and monitoring their performance. Maintaining raw material stock report and lively updating the job status in ERP system. Resolved production issues quickly to prevent time loss. Actively participate in and enforce preventive maintenance program and troubleshoot minor press issues. Assisting QA department in investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions as required for customer complaints and rejects. Handled around 60-80 employee of production staff & finishing operators.

 Following the production schedule and focusing on all the production process. Machine make ready, online QC checking, color shade matching, handling minor maintenance problem. Responsible for the entire production process from printing to finishing. Focusing on daily production output and direct reporting to the Production Manager. Following the quality parameters in all the process to avoid wastages.
