Responsible for all operational aspects of the HVAC Installation Department. I'd meet/speak with homeowners and crew leaders to ensure that crews are properly scheduled, organized, and completing all work to meet contracts and code requirements in the timeline required.

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
