There is no easy or simple story for the last year or so. As a freelance creative/editor/writer/designer/consultant, I have worked mostly remote with clients all over the country to collaborate, manage, and produce deliverables for an array of projects and industries. My work has included: -Creating content for blogs and newsletters, instructional and educational scripts, email campaigns, and instruction manuals.-Graphic design for logos, menus, social media, and editing audio and video projects. -Consulting with clients for DEI program coaching, providing insight and launch points for starting employee resource groups, facilitating educational events, and assisting in finding local field-specific experts who can help navigate uncertainty.-Editing a self-help/psychology e-book including updating citations and references, restructuring sections for clarity and accessibility, and formatting. -Designing and launching websites through Wix for small businesses and artists.-Managing creative portfolios of work for local artists, creating and maintaining social media accounts, and consulting on pricing.

As a leader on the team, I help to pilot positive culture changes with new leadership program initiatives, Innovative Ideas, and initiated company-wide process improvements. In a time of great change at the company, I provided research, drafts, and presentations to collaborate with HR and business heads to manage change, navigate significant culture needs, and assist in new program adoption.-Owned the process of training strategy, project management planning, and course design and development from kick-off and analysis through testing, launch, and retrospective.-Utilized human-centered, universal, and responsive design principles to build innovative and traditional training programs and resources. -Calendar and Learning Management System (LMS) data management for 15+ monthly programs. Facilitated room reservations, Teams invites, etc.- Provided consultation and documentation on updating internal ID processes and standard department procedures, steering towards automation, AI, and using more innovative tools. - Assisted with LMS administration and producing training materials for transitioning from Success Factors to Cornerstone.Notable achievements while in the position included:-Designing and facilitating virtual instructor-led training (vILT) for platform migrations for all managers and asynchronous training for 3000+ employees.-Deploying 25+ online programs for technical job knowledge, audit preparation, annual HR requirements, and change management milestones for leadership programs and platform migrations. -Managing relationships with third-party vendors, updating test questions, branding, approvals, testing, and launching. Discovered savings opportunity of +$12,500 with minimal timeline changes and longer-lasting viability.-Founding the steering committee and Employee Resource Group (ERG) for LGBTQ+ employees, organizing presentations and resources.

- Collaborated with SMEs to analyze learning gaps, designed and developed online training using expert knowledge, best practices, and adult learning to address the needs of targeted audiences in innovative and engaging opportunities and materials. - Coordinated LMS data and speaker/support materials, managed LMS updates, created course records, and tracked attendance.-Designed branding support for the Center for Innovation and Lifelong Learning launch, including various course templates, marketing page layouts, graphics, and email campaigns.- Evaluated operational practices and processes, and identified improvement opportunities. Notable achievements while in the position included:- Designing and developing 3+ vILT course curriculums each with 5-10 weekly modules for programs developing leadership skills, and facilitating mental health and change management. All top-quartile NPS.-Developing a branded Sexual Harassment Prevention course required for state licensure. In the first 8 months, >5500 practitioners completed the course providing an NPS of 60, and course fees totaled over $23,900 in revenue in less than one year.- Collaborating with medical professionals to develop 7+ course packages including 25+ modules for various courses on technical health and supportive patient care. - Establishing CILL's YouTube channel, standards, and processes for content development, reporting data, and SEO protocols. - Developing informative animated micro-learning videos with over 6300+ views.- Leading process updates to LMS and CME Tracker, adoption of innovative tools to streamline intake process, improving course creation process enabling expansion of curriculum offerings.-Developing the first RUMC gender-affirming healthcare courses and accreditation.-Leading process updates and adoption of innovative tools to streamline the intake process, improve communication and course creation, and enabling expansion of curriculum offerings

-Administered campus-wide facility work requests and maintained work order system for more than 20 buildings. Main point of contact for campus regarding ongoing building issues and construction projects. -Assisted Director in project management plans and updates, procurement, contract preparation, final inspections, and vendor/campus scheduling.-As FPC, hired, trained, and supervised a team tasked with providing maintenance and capital support to 11 dorms, approximately 2,500 beds.-Coordinated with external vendors and internal teams to execute major capital projects while assisting in management and scheduling of large-scale facility projects such as flooring and furniture replacements.DePaul University Staff Recognition Award 2017

-Assisted customers via phone and email to navigate technical issues, resolve vendor problems, and answer general inquiries to ensure positive customer experiences utilizing Zendesk.
