Provide customer service to employers interested in hiring OSU students and alumni for full-time employment and internships. Serve as team leader for the Employer Services Team.Manage on-campus student employment program and serve as primary contact for all on-campus employers.Manage employer contacts and activities through the Career Services employer database and online recruitment tools.Assist the OSU Career Services development team to identify, recruit and enroll new employers to hire OSU students and alumni for full-time, part-time, and internship employment.

• Identify, recruit employers to hire OSU students and alumni • Represent OSU at various external and campus events • Engage in one-on-one contact with prospective employers • Initiate contact with alumni and faculty for the purpose of job sourcing • Make presentations about Career Services to employers that are unfamiliar with how to recruit • Work with departments to increase student participation • Work with employers to increase student opportunity • Coordinate incoming communication with employers and students • Supervise student workers that aid in the completion of job postings, follow-up tasks • Assist with Career Fairs and other events as needed • Coordinate employer visits, marketing materials and relationship development processes with current and potential employers
