As the Director of Programming at Startup Sioux Falls, I lead and manage a variety of entrepreneurial programs and events aimed at supporting startups, small businesses, and founders in the region. My role involves developing and executing initiatives such as accelerator programs, networking events, and educational workshops, all designed to foster growth and innovation within the startup community.I also oversee our Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) and mentor networks, ensuring that founders have access to experienced guidance and support throughout their journey. Additionally, I manage grant programs, from identifying opportunities and submitting proposals to ensuring compliance and tracking outcomes.A key part of my role includes overseeing the MVP Internship Program and Program Coordinator, where I manage recruitment, training, and mentorship to ensure a collaborative and productive environment. My goal is to contribute to the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in Sioux Falls, ensuring we meet our mission of serving 100,000 people and growing 100 startups over the next decade.

Managed government contract, directing Job Corps outreach & admissions and career transition services for North and South Dakota.

Created small business serving Sioux Falls, SD and surrounding area, providing customers with access to IKEA® products and furnishings at a fraction of the cost of shipping or traveling to the store to pick up themselves.
