Process Associate
Current• Engaging with teams of 3-10+ employees performing contract engineering work for projects up to $100MM• Managing scope, budget, and schedule across multi-discipline projects, coordinating between engineering, business, procurement, and construction teams• Performing client process studies to identify mechanical inefficiencies, successfully generating 2 new engineering sales opportunities• Executing calculations, process modelling, drafting, and vendor coordination to produce deliverables consistently on time and under budget for over 10 capital projects• Spearheaded overhaul of client’s process documentation, developing 100+ new record drawings, engaging with affected teams to address cascading site impacts, and maintaining thorough record of progress to ensure transparency with stakeholders
