Reliance Infocom, part of Reliance Group (a US$22 billion conglomerate), launched CDMA wireless services across 18 states in India providing voice and data services to millions of subscribers.Key responsibilities1. Responsible for appointing and managing external consultants (3 of the Big 5 consulting firms), system integrators and boutique consulting firms to set up the new business.2. Devised the strategy for integration of BSS-OSS infrastructure3. Ownership of plans, documentation, work-breakdown, communications and project resources.4. Ensured effective communication of development in organizational strategy to relevant stakeholders.5. Created a structured repository of business critical data and generated reports for the board members and senior level executives.
