As the General Manager at National Heat Treat, LLC, I lead a team in providing thermal processing services to various industries, such as aerospace, oil and gas, and defense. I am responsible for overseeing the operations, quality, safety, and profitability of the company, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to grow the business and improve customer satisfaction. I have a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University. I have over 14 years of experience in engineering management, project management, and operations management, with a strong background in aerospace engineering and thermal processing technologies. I have also been the Managing Partner of JSD Solutions, Inc since August 2016, where I leverage my skills and expertise to create value and opportunities for my partners and clients.
