Manage the relationship between Licensees and GUESS ensuring cross-functional collaboration among all business partners (retail, wholesale and international) for the following categories: -Outerwear -Dresses -Handbags, luggage, wallets. -Footwear-Provide seasonal trend forecast for accessories and market research to licensees, merchant, and design teams.-Ensure licensees are offering products in compliance with brand awareness.-Coordinate seasonal line reviews with CEO, VP’s, licensees, and business partners.-Assist cross-function teams such as Legal, Marketing and Advertising.-Ensure that correct branding, patches, logos are being used throughout collections.-Communicating with visuals/store design teams and licensees for special in-store marketing projects.-Assisting in creative marketing ideas for licensees to ensure it is in line with GUESS branding.-Assisting in GWP requests and developments.-Confirming if products shipped globally are genuine or counterfeit. -Ensuring product packaging meets Guess standards and communicating ideas and approvals to licensees.Special Projects outside of position and direct duties:-Assisting Creative Director with fashion show ideas and developments.-Assisting social media team with executing posts.-Assisting social media director with micro influencer project.
